Frequently Asked Questions

Find quick answers to common questions about parks, programs, events, and community services.

  • What If My Child Doesn't Have A Team?

If your child does not have a team, they will be put on the "free agent" list. Parents/ Player will be notified if the sports staff cannot find a team for the player. If your player is on the "free agent"/"need coach team", that means we need a parent from the team to coach this season and be a volunteer coach for the team.

  • When Do Teams Practice and Play?

Practices are held once a week for 1 hour Sunday - Thursday. The practice day and time will be determined by the volunteer head coach. The only way to guarantee a practice day and time that works for you and your family is to be the head coach. Practice typically begin two weeks before the first game.

All sports games will be played primarily on Saturdays with the exception of Flag Football (Friday nights). Depending on the number of teams we have in a league, games could be played on week nights. When creating a game schedule we look to play younger teams in the morning with older teams finishing the day
